Anyone good at editing video??

This year I have decided that I can not do everything myself :)

So I will have a few post like this trying to tap into the talents of so of the players off there.

I need help with video! I want to get more of it and edit more of it.

So I am looking for help with both, taking it and editing it.

More then one person can help with this and I will compensate.

I may be able to do some editing as well. I don't know how to do anything real fancy, so far i just edit out what i don't want, add some text here and there, and add some music.
