Well one of my friends and I thought of this about two years ago, then saw last year in an issue of APG that a field actually did it! They got a huge turnout of close to 200 people! So I thought I’d post the idea here in hopes of a field picking up the idea and running with it. I’d love to help run it if you do, or at least attend it, so if you like it just pm me.

CHIRSTMAS IN JULY!
Entry fee and all day air: 5.00 and a bag of paint or a prize equal to or greater then 20.00. (If as a field owner you are worried about people not bringing good prizes, you could just have people you know bring prizes, like sponsored teams and such)
So here’s how the day works. You bring out both teams to just normal open play fields, but no one gets any paint, just air. You take the bags of paint and put them in Christmas bags and boxes and put some in plane site on the field, and some hidden. Now players have to run and reach the paint, load there gun, and then start shooting each other! You can also fill up pods and ten round tubes, so there’s more paint spread out on the field. Also you could incorporate small prizes any time during the day. (air tanks, apparel, gift cards, loaders, pods, free entry for one open play day, barrels, goggles, pretty much anything!) Then for one of the final games, before it starts tell the players that there will be a paintball gun on the field.
Now this would take some extra rules:
-Who ever touches the package first gets it, unless they are eliminated
-If players fight over something found no one gets it
This is pretty much just meant to be a fun day for everyone, so thoughts? Comments?
