Board Upgrades; Firing Modes/Features

If you could design your own aftermarket board...

What would you want it to do?
And for what marker?

Assuming practicality is thrown aside...

1. Adjust max ROF, from 10+ BPS to an "uncapped" (maybe 10/12/15/18/20/uncapped?)

2. Fire modes: semi, PSP (that can have the fire rate be adjusted as PSP changes), full auto (for Jungle Rumble big game days).

Really, I don't have a need for an aftermarket board as long as it lets me comply with field rules. I only tinker with the things I've already specified, and most boards allow that as it is. My Viking's Pandora board (which I got with it) allows for all of the above except for no PSP mode. The TM7 stock board allows the choices in question (aside from it may not go down to 10, but it might).

For my ego

Same as stock except with an actual clock and color selectable lcd so it could match the gun.

For my mini

.25ms dwell settings (so you could get it ultra efficeint)

I wish all boards had USB or serial port interfaces for programming. I hate going through settings with triggers and buttons.


But right now, what I want most is a TM-7 board with 10bps capped semi. :(

yes but whats the retail on one of those...

I know the Angel 1 Fly runs 1200-1300, for which...well I could buy at least 2 different markers maxxed out with upgrades.

I've never shot an angel, but I'm sure they're a decent gun.

For my board I'd like the ability to plug it into my computer and tell it to do whatever I want. Full auto capped at 10 bps, full auto capped at 12.7 bps, semi capped at 10bps, whatever your heart desires. You'd think it wouldn't be hard for a pb company to make their stock boards do this, instead of making people go out and buy APE Boards, virtue's, etc...

I love the user manuals for blinks,

1 blink is semi
2 blinks semi without eyes on
1 blink followed by 2 blinks, ramping on
1 blink followed by a 3 second pause then 3 rapid blinks, timmy fell down the well again....

usb and a portable diognostic gadgit that i can plug in threw the grip and change settings. or even sugest settings. something that can find the balance between bps and dwell for max eficency. like a top fuel car.:D it would go in all my guns!
