((If you do want to actually play this game, we are playing 15 miles North of Rochester on Saturday January 3rd. Game Day (http://www.minnesotascenariopaintball.com/forum/calendar.php?do=getinfo&day=2009-1-3&c=1)))

Code Name: Operation Yeti

Briefing: Arctic Nations- - - Global warming has started melting the outer reaches of the North Pole causing a Northern migration of Yetis. DR. IVAN Andreev, who’s followed Yetis for years, states that, “Due to their thick fur, Yetis cannot swim and overheat quickly in above freezing temperatures. Yetis are also becoming more and more hostile to locals and researchers within the Arctic Circle. Just last week a small group of Yetis tore apart a village, leaving nothing but bones and buildings. They even ate the dogs.”

The governments of Canada, United States (Alaska), Russia, Greenland, Norway, and Sweden have formed a Coalition to stop the onslaught of Yeti attacks. "They must be stopped at all costs," President Bush commented. This Anti-Yeti Coalition is holding a passage just outside the Arctic Circle. “We won’t let any Yetis get passed our units,” exclaims General Trueblood. When asked what will be done with the fallen Yetis a soldier replied, “They’d sure make a nice fur coat.”

Mission: Hold Yeti attacks behind the Arctic Circle till the ice melts: 30 minutes.
• After 15 minutes the Ice is melted up to the Blue Line and Yetis re-insert at the Nests. The area behind the blue line is unplayable.

Re-entry: Coalition: 3 minutes at 2 back corners (timer starts for each player when they reach re-insertion point). Once the “Car” is destroyed then the timer goes to 5 minutes each. Even if someone is already dead and timing they will get released at 5 instead of 3 if the car is destroyed before they are re-entered.
Yetis: Immediate re-entry, just have to go to an insertion point.
• First 15 minutes- original insertion points (Bottom of the map)
• Last 15 minutes- either of the 2 “Nests”

Scoring: Coalition:
• 100 points= No Yetis in the Arctic Circle
• 75 points= 1/4 of Yetis in Arctic Circle
• 50 points= 1/2 of Yetis in Arctic Circle
• 25 points= 3/4 of Yetis in Arctic Circle
Yetis:
• 30 points= All Yetis in Arctic Circle
• 15 points= 1/2 of Yetis in the Arctic Circle

Once a Yeti enters the Arctic Circle, they are out of the game. So if the Yeti wants to provide support to other Yetis or continue playing, they must not enter the Arctic Circle. Yet they will not score if they do not enter the Arctic Circle before the 30 minutes is up.

Then teams switch. The winners are the team with the highest score after playing the Yeti side and then the Coalition side.
