View Full Version : SPPL Dead line for the minimum teams is Oct. 13
We must have at least 4 teams Entered and paid by Oct. 13. for this event to go.
If we get the 4 teams committed we will still allow other teams to sign up until Oct. 17.
SPPL Affiliate Tournament *Oct. 19, 2008.
Entry is $200 per team. 10 man teams. 6 player minimum.
Paint is $50 a case. Field paint only.
Teams that must be Register and Entry paid by Oct. 13.
Must have a minimum of 4 teams! If we hit 8 teams we will get a real SPPL tournament in 2009.

Woodland Security is in. Ish sent the 200.00 late this week. you should recieve it monday. we will have another team also and money will come shortly.

i was just lookin at the teams that will be there posted by sarge and noticed that mn mayhem and chain gang arent on it? i know they play at splat tag all the time! dissapointed they arent gonna be there

There is a lot of factors that go into this sorta thing. Its a lot of money to play in the tournament to begin with. LOL we would probably need to buy 3 cases each so yeah it adds up quick. Half the team is up in Duluth so just for them to come out and play including gas is we are talking well over 200 a person. We have other event on the Saturday before this game.
I personally don't feel like down grading to a 40 dollar hopper when I own two vlocitys myself, plus making my entire team do that as well. I'm not going to start up a rules bashing segment again. So we are going to go with that most of my team is in college and we make by the best we can. Its just not in the cards right now....
Though playing in something like this has always been a goal for my team, to actually be able to show how good your team is capable of being is hard to come by in the woods.

its would cost us big money to play it exspecialy most would need new gear for it and most of us dont have the money for it exspecailly when most of team is still in collage or school

unfortunately we had 4 players on our second team cancel. so we are attending with only one team of 15.If anyone has a group of 3 or 4 that wants to join the second team and play under woodland security please call me ASAP. (Joel Krutsinger aka "Krutsie")1-507-271-3859. its all about getting 8 teams guys. Minnesota needs SPPL here in 2009.
