I just got a CP regulator for my A5 low pressure kit, and i have no idea how to turn the darn thing on!!! I blew air through the reg but it doesnt go through. Anybody know how to turn it "on"?

regs don't actually turn on or off - you just adjust the output pressure.
So, let's just say you're feeding it CO2. CO2 has a tank pressure between 800 and 1200 psi. You feed that into the reg - and the output pressure on the reg might be set to say 450 psi.
Is your gun not cycling, is it shooting once but not re-cocking? Is nothing happening when you cock it with pressure and then pull the trigger?
What do you mean air didn't go through the reg?
Some regs if the pressure gets to low will not allow air through. It may need to be turned up.
Output Reg pressure should not be guessed. There are ways to test it. A good paintball pro shop can do it for you.
Just a note for other players: It is a very bad idea for players to adjust velocity using the reg.

It says that it comes with velocity screw all the way in and the regulator is in the OFF position. I want to know how to turn it to the ON position. I put my full tank on it and it doesnt travel through the reg. I tried to blow air through the reg but it just doesnt go all the way through.

Turn it up/out.
The screw is all the way IN so turn the screw out a little until it turns on.

I got it working. It wasnt the regulator at all. it was the valve that the tombstone goes to. Silly me.:o

Some markers only have that as a means for adjustment, but otherwise yeah, don't do it for something like a Tippmann.
