Greg Hastings the creator of "Greg Hastings Tournament Paintball" video games is coming to play paintball at Splat Tag on June 21-22.

Yes he will be playing! Woodball! I met him back in Jan and his is a great guy!
Life must be good when you can just travel around the World paintball for fun all the time.
Good thing they fix the Splat Tag name ;)

Yeah I saw this last night and tried calling you but you were on the field playing. Way cool guy and he has world paintball day as his number 3 friend on myspace.

bangh:)bangh:) AHhThis stinks man I wish I was going so bad. That would have been awsome to hang a little with him. Anyway I can't go becuase I'm leaving for Italy that Weds. or thursday (don't remember exact date) and so my parents want me to be "repared" and all packed up so that weekend is going tobe busy: cleaning the house, cleaning the cars, packing, quaduple checking passports and tickets. woo hoo :rolleyes:
Make sure you guys take plenty of pics so I feel like I was there.photo:)
Hopefully this will give Minnesota scenario/woodsball sceen more recognition(sp?)/plublicity.

Does this have anything to do with the World Paintball Day thing?
Or is this totally separate.

Saturday we will have:
Normal Open Games.
3 Man Woodsball Tournament.
Clinic and drills.
Scenario games.
Sunday "World Paintball Day" we are offering:
Normal Open Games.
Scenario Games.
Hot dogs and soda.
Prizes.

See this is all for World Paintball Day. The very first paintball game ever played was held on the first weekend after Father's Day back in 1981.
Yes we would like to have Sponsored teams members come out to help run things and play on both days.
Since this is the first time we have done anything like this a lot will be on the fly and some Greg and I will be making up as we go. A lot has to do with the number of players coming out and the skill level.

a couple of the guys that went to OK DDay with me had a chance to play alongside GH and Matty Marshall. I also had the chance to meet Matty and Craig Miller personally. even shared a beer with them.

My knee got really screwed up at D-Day, so I'm not particularly good at running, kneeling, and doing those sorts of things. If I can get it to a reasonable level of recovery, I'll play because I want to. If I can't (more likely), I'll be there to do whatever help I can.
