I have decided to sell my current gun to make way for a pump. I have one picked out (WGP 04 Classic Milled Sniper Pump), but alot of people say that it isn't all that great, so I have been looking around alot, and I can't really find a place that will sell Old Autococker Pumps let alone old autocockers.
So can anyone give me a place to find one?
AND I have looked on ebay anf there were only like 3.

Any help is appreciated

yeah i just bought myself an autococker pump yesterday, and i looked all over. ansgear.com worked out for me but those are all newer guns. otherwise ebay is probably your best bet.:)

i guess if it were me I would start with Ebay or a site like Spec Ops or MCB. There are usually some old Snipers and Cockers floating around there. If you find a cocker that suits your needs, you can always throw down for a pump kit and turn it into a sniper.

Does the 04 Sniper come with a reg?
That and the barrel are the weakest points of a true "out of the box" SniperII.

If you have not already, check out www.whitewolfairsmithing.com for there Sniper pump kits. The economy one should be like the one that comes on a SniperII. Figure that price along with a 'Cocker to make the Sniper...Also it can be tough finding a single trigger frame.

www.iisports.com HAD some 'lightning Snipers' in there pump section for under $200, with a reg, barrel, pump kit & bottom line. A guy from the club picked one up and it is pretty nice, the double trigger is like an A5 double...room for 3 fingers on the grip. It would be worth calling there Order Hotline to see if they still have anything.

The big question is...do you ONLY want a Sniper?
For 200-300 you can pick up a nice Phantom setup, no need for a reg, stock class or direct feed can be swapped, 12 gram or mini co2, bottom line, rear asa or vertical asa, freak barrels, etc.

With a Sniper you pretty much need a reg, which requires a bottom line. Also without a pre-2K valve (does anyone even sell them anymore?) you can figure 12 grams are a waste to use since 2k+ valves are built for low pressure/high volume gas discharge. Running unregged co2 directly into a post 2k valve causes the valve to be overpressured and shoot low, even with the velocity cranked.
Also they are all direct feed, so unless you get a CCM or custom work plan on having to use a hopper or a stickfeed.

Here is mine:
02 RHF 'Cocker
WWA Econo pump kit
Freak Barrel
Ion reg (makes chronoing less of a pain, the stock needs to be broken down to adjust it)
It does shoot crazy accurate, but it is the size of the average Spyder!

/\ /\ /\ What he said.
Plus instead of just looking for Snipers on Ebay, start looking for used Autocockers. Keep watching and fairly often someone will be selling off an older cocker for pretty cheap, often even cheaper than the same years pump Sniper version. All you would have to do is purchase a pump kit seperatly, remove the stock front block w/ all the pneumatics, and slap on the pump kit (instant Sniper). The WWA kits that Foster mentioned are a nice choice, although you can go cheaper or more expensive depending on your budget.
This will actually give you more choices of body styles, milling, color, and feed type (Center, Right, and Left).
A year and a half ago, I bought an "old" used (but in excellent condition) 2001 Right Feed Auto cocker that the seller had advertised as having a minor leak in the front pneumatics, plus no regulator or barrel. I bought it for about $30.00. I added my own trigger frame, grip, reg, pump kit and barrel from other ebay purchases and had my own Sniper for less than $100.

This guy is local (http://www.mcarterbrown.com/forums/mechanical-semi-autos/40546-markers-sale.html), so you might be able to work out a nice local sale. I met him once and talked with him over PMs a few times, and he's a nice enough guy.
