This is your newly elected General for the Giant Big Game XVIII for the Midwest Alliance. It has come time for us to stand up, once again, against the increasing forces of the tyrants of the East. Their forces are building up, once again, to try to push our borders farther West, away from the fertile farming fields fed by the mighty St. Croix River. A bitter taste lingers from their devasting defeat last spring, and they will be back for revenge, taking no mercy. We must stand up, dig in hard, and hit them with everything we've got, giving them no chance to take back the land we so desperately need. We will use our valuable resources to inflict demoralizing blows. Keep your heads high at all times, for we will know who the greatest Army is, the men and women who fight to defend the rolling wheat fields of the plain states, and the beautiful sights of the Eastern Rockies.

As the day of battle grows nearer, I ask of your help fellow Midwesterners. The day will not be easy to take, but we can do it with a combined effort, as brothers/sisters in arms. Stand behind me as we take on Rogue and a band of Mayhem Makers, Birds of destruction and a militia of evil-doers.

Wait for updates as time grows short, I will stay in touch with you all and stay safe until game...well after game day also, and thank you.

Yes Alliance won. It was awesome I have to say. But this year because the Commander of Woodland Security is from Detroit .He and his team have decided to stand with Great Lakes Crusaders this year.

It's already on one. The quad has 360* coverage, plus it can be angled up and down to allow a greater field of fire.

The 360* improvement was in place before last year's GBG.

*********I ment to say cannon. 4 guns on the turret cause havok and it looks cute but the accuracy of the Land Shark will prevail. I'd love to see another tank war like last year. I remember the one thing on the Coalition that hurt us was the quad didn't have a computer accurate turret launcher. I could be wrong tho. LOL **********

Um pretty sure I sniped out the Land Shark in that battle regardless of the absence of my "computer accurate law system." :D Then I turned around and rocked the garbage out of urban field for three hours with my "cute quad." And have fun gun battling with my XLR8 buddies while I'm reloading from dumping case after case into your......INSECURITY :D

The only thing thats gonna be different this year than last year is that 90% of the GLC wont go home because of weather. We will fight till the end. Mayhem was the only local team on the other side besides the Pelicans. every other wis.team went home early. NOT THIS YEAR

that was some harsh weather, but it made for one great game! i enjoyed playing in the rain even though i was cold for a whole week :character0080:

Just observing, since I got to see all MW players come by for reinsertion and entering the game:

I miss read what I said. I was coalition last year and I left the field for maybe 20-40 minutes all day(with my wife). I fought with you on top of that hill with little resistance. My point was, that 90% of GLC went home because of the weather.(This was brought to my attention later) I was in that final battle with you crawling through mud,switching flags,killing terminators. I wasn't even compairing the two, we(Alliance) cleaned house in the final battle. The reason why we switched was to make the teams a little more even.(local team wise) a game isn't fun unless there is a challenge. So you bring It young man. LOL..
and yes you are right Thalion Alliance lost some also.

I will be seeing you all on Friday/Saturday. This is my last post until gameday considering i have work all day tomorrow and im going straight to the field to camp. Ill be looking for you all so i can meet as many of the members as i can in person :) we have our jerseys now so i will be easy to pick out and we willb e sitting under our big white tent.

I know that the alliance will come battle ready and I hope everyone has a safe trip there. let's pray that that slight chance of rain stays VERY slight.
