So, the minutemen are looking to get jerseys this year from animal paintball, and we have come down to three different designs, and we can't decide!! Just for reference, we play at splat tag most of the time, and we are a scenario team.

I like number 2 of course. just because its camo. the other two are fine also.

Im going with 1 all the way, nice mix of a modern design with the subded coloring. thats my two cents

one would give you guys a different look from other teams.... there are million camo jerseys out there and nobody will be able to look at you from a distance and recognize you as a member of a certain team which is one of the important things that a jersey does....
three is fine as well but I think I have seen that or something like that around here before
the skulls dont really tie into your team name, have you looked at something like that?

Agreed.
You want something unique to your area.
Be sure to notice the other teams' jerseys in your area before going with anything semi-custom. We made this mistake - just looked around on Animal and had a team vote on what was available for choices (there's a lot more options now, this was in late 2006/early 2007).
Until things got really rough in late 2009/early this year, we had intended on completely redoing new jerseys from scratch. We may yet do so.

My professional opinion....#3, but only if you're putting a logo on it that works with it.
The hustler camo they've got is pretty tight too.

The Jersey discussion has haunted many of us who have tried to sit down and figure out what would be best for us who will be wearing them. The PBPBC's discussion went on through its Forum for I don't know 20 or 30 pages. I first wanted Camo but could'nt get the logo to look right. So then we just basicly settled for what we now have just to get it done. We now have started the new discussion for jersey Two.:eek:
Sooo I don't know how having a bunch of us tell you what's better for you will help you decide. It may even make you scratch you head even more.hs:)
My suggestion to you The Minutemen, is to look at your logo see what it fits with best. Find a print that best describes who the minutemen are...are you Skulls and bones, are you blend in unnoticed hunters of the forest, or are you The Minutemen, the workings of a fine tuned clock who move like stealth fighters who protect your countries borders. I would say you are the third one and so the 3rd jersey has the look of the face of an Old hand crafted antique GrandFather Clock.;)

After looking at all three again. the scull look of #1 is more like Mayhems design.#2 is more like MN Militia's design, and #3 is like the Pelicans design minus their colors you can see from an Airplane. LOL. come up with a unique design . Thats what we did . Design it from scratch, It means more!!!
Prime example. I found a pic below of a MinuteMan . find or design a paintballer in that pose on a rock looking out into the distance. and add some originality to it. thats what we did at Eye2Eye.(Kevin is awesome)

Outside the 3 designs you posted, what Krutsie is saying is right on, if you go the extra mile and spend the extra buck you get exactly what you want. There's some graphically inclined folks here on MSPG, myself included, that might help you out, tell us what you're really looking for and maybe you can strike a deal?
A couple cases of ST FPO paint and I can probably rock something out for you guys :D

Its kinda the same idea when I came up with our team name. I think if you ask one person at a big game if they've seen SECURITY on the back of someone they will say" Yes". Its unique and sticks out. Get something that catched the eye.

hmmm you guys have really given me a lot to think about, AKA, you were right about the head scratching...krutsie that is a really good idea with the statue, thanks for finding that picture. we do have an artistic guy on our team that enjoys drawing so we will see what he can do. c4, ill let you know if we need some help.

I'm a designer and can be handy with Photoshop but I think C4 probably would be your best bet. I've been pretty busy lately. Just remember, don't take short cuts today because it will be your teams Identity.

I like #1 but, you might get mixed with dead squad at a short distance.
2's ok, again mixed with mmpbt.
3 is more destinctive and the design is cool in the olive colours.
or you could go with colony colours(blue and white i think).

Number one just doesnt fit you guys and number two looks like every other camo jersey out there

well when it comes down to the poll, it looks like 3 is the one we would be choosing. we are still trying to work it out and decide if we are goign totally custom or taking the easy road this year and improving on them in the future.
we though about making the jerseys colony colors, but we are making the logo those colors and want the jersey to be somewhat concealing

I agree with this poster, get something designed to show a patriot theme, I know you guys like camo so maybe do a American flag base but in camo greens & then put a custom "tough" looking patriotic minuteman running at us with a paintball gun(like he's running off your chest, have him in red,white & blue, also do your names on the back in Stars & Stripes red,white & blue!
I would draw it but I'm not that good, but I can visualize it & it would be unique & badd A$$
