Ok, so i know the standard NERF launchers are allowed, but what about the 'marker-in-a-tube' design that is allowed at D-Day? granted there may have to be special AT paint, but refs would be able to tell if someone was firing one of those bad boys at a tank.
thanks for your help.

As a general rule of thumb, Splat Tag's standard rules apply for Launchers.
Special weapons usually are ruled on by case by case basis.

ok...but that doesn't really answer my question.

That is really kinda answering your question. Best person to ask is Darrin, or possibly Brutis since you're asking about the Hunt specifically.

because splat tag has a number of grades of paint and I would imagine different colors as well it would be very hard to tell the anti tank paint from people just shooting at it for effect

D-Day "Marker-in-a-tube" cheese?
No.
Law rules are clear on the website.
You must use Nerf brand “Mini Vortex” or similar foam rockets.

got it. what if it was just used as anti personnel since it would be a paintball marker? i wouldn't see any difference between that and a modded tippy w/5 extra lbs of gear.

As long as you didnt break the 280FPS and 12 BPS i dont think Brutis would object

Absolutely. If you want to carry that & use it as a marker, your choice.

I don't doubt it. I just am starting to plan and I wanted to make sure I had everything covered.
