Yes I know that I am old! Started playing in the Spring of 1986 and never looked back.
From day one I was hooked and played all most every weekend April-Oct and indoor several times every winter.

nice cocker... kinda shocked theres a mask in the pic... i know we didnt use um in 93-94 when i started playing

I never bought in to taking off the face/mouth protection so players could take a bounce off the face to stay in the game longer. 1994
I remember playing a Las Vegas NPPL and a teammate taking a hit to his top lip and him licking it off to stay in the game. The look of his face afterwords was not worth it.
Plus we were so good that I very rarely got hit anywhere, not to mention the fasemask.

P.S. Thank god the removal of the fasemask got banned in 1995.

bahahaha i still have a small scar on my cheek(right below the gogg line) from back in then... ive since become a very big fan of the mask as a whole

you talking about that clip i posted on fpc? if so its on webdog... old school... tournys... thats probly not it tho... that ones from the discovery channel

No that's not it. I am talking about the MN Terminators vs the All Americans II on ESPN back in 1994. Only a handful of us recorded it and I haven't seen a copy of it since 1995.
