What if it's a mask-on area?
The first three pictures are the staging area where the prizes are given out, including the sign that says "no shooting, staging area" in the second picture. I wonder if the second line with "...g area" fully reads "barrel plug area", which would be ironically funny.

Well, safety discussion aside, that is a SICK paint job! Well done!
You have really taken the time to do it right. You can tell you must have damn near disassembled the entire marker to paint only the surfaces you wanted. That or you spent a long time taping it off. (Much easier to take it all apart, lol) I have given both my current markers custom paint jobs but nothing with that detail, mostly just flat camo colors.
Did you paint it or tape it? Even if you taped it, you did a fine job of overlapping the patterns and giving it a finished look.
My only suggestion would be on the hopper cover. Cool cobra logo aside, that clear plastic acts like a freakin' mirror if the sun hits it just right.
Cool camo job regardless!
I think that is a factory finish.

Well, that would deflate my praise... So what is it? Factory or custom?

Pretty sure it's factory. Most likely a Special Edition job....since I've seen three like that lol.

Looks like I either have to get out more or be less generous with praise. (I hate looking like a dufus, lol quiet:))
I still think its a cool paint job though. I wouldn't think a manufacturer would take the risk of making a custom paint scheme like that. Eh, what do ya do?

Saw this on display at the registration booth at the Alamo game. If I hadn't just bought an Etek2 I would have sniped it. Sick paintjob and great price (275)

Well If you avoid the well known knowledge of the full sign it reads, "Shooting Taging Area" tongue:)
Disclaimer:
I'm fully aware that the complete sign reads "no shotting in staging area". I'm in no way advocating that people disregard the rules of splat tag or any other field.
