alrighty i have an idea...

We have everyone walk onto a field, and as they are they are given a card. We have X teams of 100 or whatever number is convinient. we have, the oppressive totalitarian government - big brother, and the freedom loving rebel faction "citizens." you have like 200 ppl all walking onto a sizeable urban field, and nobody knows who's on what side!

heres how it would work. the citizens have to avoid the Ministry of Love (roving death squad) create a conspiracy on the spot, and overthrow big brother.

The Ministry of Love has to eliminate all of the conspiracy forces.

Everyone reads their card before the game starts and acts out accordingly. We could add in extra teams for non-combatants, The Ministry of Truth, etc. However, their should be no way to determin who's on what side. (you can't just say "let me see your card," as that would be cheating.)

The points are assigned as such. The Ministry of Love is assigned a point for every conspirator killed, and is negated a point for every innocent bistander killed. the conspirators are given a point for every MinLove (thats how they refer to it in the book) member killed and negated a point for every conspirator killed.

your innocent bistanders may partake in the game by admitting information to MinLove, or refusing to, or outright helping the conspiracy.

thats my idea. its not complete. its not comprehensive. but its a start. I am oppen to any additions/changes you other idea men/women have.

That would be cool to make a scenario out of 1984. That's a great book.

Interesting idea! I'm sure it would be fun to try this chaos sometime! And I'm sure George Orwell would approve of another fight against Big brother (do we have to use newspeak? hah)
