No, not the RAP4 one. If Foster ever comes around again he's got some first-hand knowledge of the shortcomings of those things. :)

This is handmade by a guy on the M Carter Brown forums (http://www.mcarterbrown.com/forums/dead-zone/64841-gauging-interest-custom-68cal-pump-shotgun.html). These pictures are only the prototype, so the barrel and pump handle look a little un-shotgun like.

"Handmade" means they're not cheap - they'll be selling for $600-$700 (that might be Canadian Dollars, so a bit cheaper for us Americans).

Magazine holds ~20 rounds. Powered by 12g CO2, and includes a neato lever changer.

What do you think, sirs?

im guessing its only single shot? If so it would be a cool thing to have for scenario play and what not i guess, i like the way it looks even though its a protoype.

That is sweet... Single shot.. what do you mean by that volkers. It looks like a pump.

I'd get one if the price was resonable.

From what I read, I believe dukie (the guy that made it), made it to be bottom feed. So it's not single shot, but instead the feed tube is the bottom tube, with a spring feed in there. Very cool idea for sure.

I would love to see the finished product from him (and how others think about it)

Yep, it's pump-action. The bottom tube is a ~20 round springfeed magazine.

Forgot one picture:

Here's a cutaway of the insides:

It works like any pump Sheridan (Spyders, etc.)

You can see the ramp on the left that guides balls up into the breech from the bottom tube. There's a short bolt at the back of the breech. A short air passage (drilled like a carburetor) takes gas from the 12g down to the valve chamber. Another passage takes the air from the opened valve up to the bolt.

Thats just sick... If the inventor can get help from some major company the price could go way down.

I think he means just one paintball shot out at a time. Not a spray of them like bird shot.

I think he ment a single shot as in you have to load them one at a time.

Yea this is probbly what he ment. (mostly because volkers dosn't know what single shot really means)

yea badger was right, actually no im not a big gun fanatic, im not gonna lie i spend all my time dinking with paintball guns rather than shooting at the range. I mean its a sweet gun but i thought i seen some one try to do a spread shot with like .43 cal paintballs and it was pretty pointless.
