Five minute post edit rule

The board has a rule in place where I'm unable to edit a post more than 5 minutes after I made it. I screw up all the time and pretty much edit every single post. :D

Is there any chance this rule would be eliminated?


Also, I'm unable to PM either Darrin or EZD. :(
