This didn't turn out as well as I had hoped, but here it is. I know I'm not the first person to do this either. Inside of the shell is a Spyder MR1. I had hoped to put the actual airsoft stock on the MR1, but I couldn't figure out a way that would make it sturdy enough, so I just went with the MR1 stock.

nah but i think it turned out pretty good, if it would have been me doing it i would jave prolly just said screw it and burned it if it was taking too much time.

Yeah they work very well. Ugly, but it's better than having your hopper fall off.

It looks pretty good since you can't do to much with spyders. But since it's plastic, try not to take to many shots on the gun. LOL

$50 for the MR1, and $20 for the shell + probably 8-10 hours of working/planning.

I'm a big fan of the g36 . Not totally a big fan of Paintball Markers put inside a Airsoft Gun frame. Well, Except for WarCowboys Designs on pbNation.His p90 Ion is the bomb. I've recieved negative reviews on some of my mods in the past And figure if your happy with it ,Who cares. But in my honest oppinion. clean up the cuts on the kit and get rid of the hose clamps and she looks Great.

Yeah I've seen his P90s and those things look nice. So you've done some mods and sold them? What have you done?
And yeah I'm gonna clean up the cuts:D I was just happy I finally got it done so I took pics right away.
I also got a G36 body with a folding stock and now I'm wondering how well a Mini will fit in there.....maybe I'll have to borrow my friend's and test it out.

I haven' made any modified guns. I've started and kinda figured it was a waist of time and impracticle. Remember I have ISH on my Squad. He'll ussually set me straight or lead me in a practicle direction. My big project this year was my 98. Being Captain I wanted a smaller G36. carrying th 15 lbs M82A1 all the time gets hard sometimes.
I hated the way the opsgear G36 kit fit on the 98. It was to forward. What I did is cut away at the g36 kit to make the top of the kit end at the end of the rear site.

I think I am going to eather put a mp5 stock on it or the g36 folding stock on it and maybe take off the mock sillencer. Its ot a J&J ceramic barrel on it also.
My wife is going to be using it this year tho.

Those are both some awesome looking guns. I'd love to turn my A5 into an M82A1 (yours is actually a 98 under the body right?), but upgrades are a little spendy, and being in school doesn't exactly help out with that...

Yes its a 98. It has a RT system and I upgraded last ear to a cyclone feed. this year I got it Macro lined and am runing with a M1 stock.Its about 12 lbs. but I Love this Marker.keep looking on e-bay for opsgear parts.they sell real cheap at times.
